The Roberts Family Development Center is now enrolling students for our Children's Defense Fund Freedom Schools summer program. This summer, we will be serving 900 students in the following Sacramento area school districts; Twin Rivers Unified School District, Sacramento City Unified School District, and Robla School District.

CDF Freedom Schools is a 6-week summer literacy and enrichment program that focuses on parent involvement, self- esteem, conflict resolution and social action and ultimately fosters an "I Can Make a Difference" attitude in the young scholars served.
